My wife and I are excited to bring to you In The Zone Dog Training to service your dog training needs with complete transparency. We want you to feel confident about sending your loving pet to our dog training school. We standout from the rest by welcoming visits and one on one dog training sessions. Training your own dog can be frustrating at times if you're not trained yourself. Having great communication with your pet goes both ways. First we teach your dog, then we teach you how to get the best out of your dog for a healthier balanced living. Ours dogs are very much like our children, we need to educate them to be responsible young adults. Learning to communicate is the first steps for an everlasting bond with our four legged children.
Our experiences from being raised with pets to livestock, we both knew we wanted a career with animals. While going to school at Butte College and Chico State studying animal husbandry we worked at various dog operations from breeding, boarding, and training facilities. Learning from well known trainers like Al Vierra who developed the stock dog program at Chico State to training with the K-9 director of California Department of Corrections, Jeremy Packard. Working managing a large scale breeding, boarding , and training company with my wife we both had the opportunity to learn from thousands of dogs. Our experiences has prepared us to the upmost with confidence in our skills and knowledge to best service you and your dog needs. Allow us to train your dog with confidence knowing we do what we love and because of it we do it great.
Our lives have been surrounded by dogs for years. We've learned so much since we decided to make this our career. With all we know we still crave to learn more on how to better all that we do with dogs and are constantly adapting. All dogs are socialized with our children who know very well how to handle our training dogs with consistently following through when giving commands. Its our family of 5 with our 9 year old son, 4 year old daughter, and our infant son who are excited to train your dog as family effort so you can better enjoy your dog with yours.
